Det k\u00e4nns som en hyfsad start p\u00e5 denna vecka. Jag har \u00e4nd\u00e5 en till tr\u00e4ning bara idag!<\/p>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r dessutom min sista dag med <em>riktig<\/em> kost. Fr\u00e5n och med imorgon s\u00e5 ska jag b\u00f6rja min detox s\u00e5 no more gott protein. Det k\u00e4nns jobbigt men \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 sjukt bra. Jag kommer att m\u00e5 s\u00e5 bra. Avslutar dagen p\u00e5 n\u00e5got riktigt bra s\u00e4tt, pyttipanna ofc.
