Ig\u00e5r var en s\u00e5n d\u00e4r dag som jag verkligen s\u00e5g fram emot att tr\u00e4na. Det var ju f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Som vanligt s\u00e5 trodde jag att jag var frisk n\u00e4r jag egentligen fortfarande inte var frisk fr\u00e5n min l\u00e5ngdragna f\u00f6rkylning. Efter gymmet ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 blev jag bara s\u00e4mre och s\u00e4mre. Trodde att jag skulle d\u00f6 imorse n\u00e4r jag vaknade :)))) m\u00e5r typ s\u00e5 just nu ocks\u00e5. S\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker kurera mig b\u00e5de psykiskt och fysiskt just nu. Mitt nya jobb b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 torsdag s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste hinna bli frisk tills dess d\u00e5 det \u00e4r som instrukt\u00f6r!<\/p>\n<p><em>Startade min morgon med en C-vitaminbomb smoothie gjord p\u00e5 sallad, kiwi, apelsin, hallon och mango. Har dessutom druckit varm choklad och knaprat vitaminer och alvedon.
