Protein control yoghurt, granola med kakao och hallon, n\u00e5gra bitar hampa choklad i yoghurten och ett glas f\u00e4rskpressad apelsinjuice f\u00f6r att boosta kroppen med liten C-vitamin s\u00e5h\u00e4r n\u00e4r skolan b\u00f6rjar igen.
