Jag gjorde proteinpannkakor p\u00e5 ett helt \u00e4gg, en \u00e4ggvita, en halv skopa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessguru.com\/sv\/one-whey#chocolate-hazelnut\">one whey choklad hasseln\u00f6<\/a>t, en halvskopa<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnessguru.com\/sv\/one-casein#double-chocolate\"> onecasein double chocolate<\/a>, tv\u00e5 dl mj\u00f6lk och en tsk fiberhusk. Jag fyllde pannkakorna med en vaniljkr\u00e4m (l\u00e4ttkvarg, vaniljsocker och stevia) och en hallonkr\u00e4m sedan toppade jag med en klick jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, lite riven hampachoklad och en skv\u00e4tt agave! Hur gott som helst! \ud83d\ude00 Drack ett glas nyponsoppa (utan socker) och ett glas juice till.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har precis tryckt i mig den sista pannkaksrullen och nu har jag matkoma. \u00c4r fortfarande lite sliten och har huvudv\u00e4rk fr\u00e5n en incident som h\u00e4nde natten till ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 ska ta en alvedon eller tv\u00e5 innan jag \u00e5ker till skolan idag. Jag har en kort dag idag vilket \u00e4r perfekt. \u00c4lskar typ m\u00e5ndagar! Sen ikv\u00e4ll ska jag f\u00f6rhoppningsvis \u00e4ntligen f\u00e5 tr\u00e4na igen.
