Jag preppar i stort s\u00e4tt aldrig maten till l\u00f6rdagarna jag arbetar d\u00e5 jag alltid blir bjuden p\u00e5 lunch (har alltid med mig mellanm\u00e5l dock). S\u00f6ndagar \u00e4r det dock en annan femma och jag fixar mellanm\u00e5l och lunch. Jag gillar det konceptet faktiskt. Idag kokade jag fullkornsbulgur, skar lite kassler och lite gr\u00f6nsaker som fanns hemma. Gott! Till frukost och mellanm\u00e5l blir det havregurt med m\u00fcsli och kvarg. Tr\u00e5kigt men gott \u00e4nd\u00e5. Om ni ville veta!!!!
