Vi k\u00f6rde ett tabata-inspirerat helkroppspass faktiskt. Lika roligt som vanligt! Det var dessutom riktigt sk\u00f6nt med frisk luft, det enda jag saknade var lite vikter haha.. Men h\u00e4r f\u00e5r ni en liten snutt fr\u00e5n vad vi gjorde!
