Kanske f\u00f6r att jag lider av astma, kanske f\u00f6r att min kondition suger rent ut sagt. Kanske f\u00f6r att jag k\u00e4nner mig d\u00e5lig n\u00e4r min kropp tar mer s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt. N\u00e4r jag dock tr\u00e4ffade Lindalie f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader sen som \u00e4r utbildad pt s\u00e5 \u00e4ndrades det. Hon l\u00e4rde mig om tabata. Ett intervall s\u00e4tt som jag idag \u00e4r helt klistrad vid. Och vet ni vad det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r? Det tar bara fyra minuter. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uppl\u00e4gget ser ut s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<br \/>\n&#8211; spring snabbt i 20 sekunder<br \/>\n&#8211; vila i 10 sekunder<br \/>\n&#8211; upprepa \u00e5tta g\u00e5nger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r det s\u00f6ndag och cardio\/Abs st\u00e5r p\u00e5 mitt schema. Mitt pass \u00e4r<br \/>\nupplagt s\u00e5 jag k\u00f6r tabata x3, styrke\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r magen och tabata<br \/>\nx3 d\u00e4refter igen. Idag ska jag nog k\u00f6ra lite mer kondition efter styrkan. <\/p>\n<p><strong>tabata \u00e4r h\u00f6gintensiv intervalltr\u00e4ning och<br \/>\nkan ge v\u00e4ldigt bra resultat fort p\u00e5 flera olika s\u00e4tt. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r<br \/>\natt kombinera det med styrka och k\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger i veckan.
