Jag provade ett nytt recept p\u00e5 proteinsmoothie idag. 40% protein 40% kolhydrater och 20% fett. Det verkade verkligen super gott och allt. Men antigen \u00e4r det jag som misslyckades eller s\u00e5 blev jag lurad. Det var absolut inget fel p\u00e5 smaken men konsistensen var helt grynig. Usch. Men jag hade br\u00e5ttom imorse s\u00e5 det kan ju antigen vara s\u00e5 att jag tog f\u00f6r mycket havregryn i eller inte hann blanda helt&#8230; <\/p>\n<p><strong> H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet om n\u00e5got \u00e4r sugen iallafall: <\/strong><br \/>\n1 skopa whey protein (jag tog kiwi yoghurt)<br \/>\n60g fiberberikad havregryn<br \/>\n3 dl minimj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n30g valfria b\u00e4r (jag tog hallon)<br \/>\n5g kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>Allt detta mixas och dricks sedan! Super bra att tillreda i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g om man vet att man kommer att beh\u00f6va stressa.
