Squats finns i o\u00e4ndligt m\u00e5nga olika varianter. Jag k\u00f6rde denna g\u00e5ng i maskin f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta belastningen f\u00f6r mina kn\u00e4n. Det g\u00e5r givetvis hur bra som helst att k\u00f6ra fritt ocks\u00e5, som min pt s\u00e4ger s\u00e5 \u00e4r det kanske till och med b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Man startar med att st\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt brett och utpekande med ben och f\u00f6tter. D\u00e4refter s\u00e5 g\u00f6r man en vanlig kn\u00e4b\u00f6j och trycker upp igen. Viktigt med squats \u00e4r att inte g\u00e5 \u00f6ver t\u00e5rna med kn\u00e4na och att ha rak rygg. Att ha blicken upp\u00e5t \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt.<\/p>\n<p>Squats \u00e4r roligt. Inte bara f\u00f6r att man f\u00e5r en snygg rumpa av det <em>(det f\u00e5r man verkligen)<\/em>\u00a0utan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att man kan g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt vilket g\u00f6r det \u00e4nnu roligare.
