{"id":1731,"date":"2014-02-03T11:39:37","date_gmt":"2014-02-03T10:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/?p=1731"},"modified":"2014-02-03T11:39:37","modified_gmt":"2014-02-03T10:39:37","slug":"hemligheten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/2014\/02\/03\/hemligheten\/","title":{"rendered":"Hemligheten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Folk fr\u00e5gar mig om mitt kostschema etc etc, allts\u00e5 du kan ta vilken diet som helst och f\u00f6lja den s\u00e5 kommer du i princip f\u00e5 samma resultat <\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte just &#8221;mitt&#8221; kostschema som funkar, det \u00e4r att du verkligen f\u00f6ljer det som g\u00f6r det, att du \u00e4r konsekvent&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Mitt bygger p\u00e5 protein, bra kolhydrater och v\u00e4ldigt lite fett, allts\u00e5 precis tv\u00e4rtemot till exempel LCHF <\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 d\u00e5 kan du inte b\u00f6rja blanda i och anv\u00e4nda tex bacon helt pl\u00f6tsligt, utan h\u00e5ll dig till &#8221; en diet i taget&#8221; eller hur man ska s\u00e4ga.. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6p inte halvfabrikat, l\u00e4r dig genom att googla vad bra mat \u00e4r, <\/p>\n<p>Ett exempel \u00e4r avocado, \u00e4gg, kyckling och kalkon (detta \u00e4r mina \u00e5sikter) <\/p>\n<p>Vad passar in i din livsstil?
