{"id":860,"date":"2014-01-14T12:35:31","date_gmt":"2014-01-14T11:35:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/?p=860"},"modified":"2014-01-14T12:35:31","modified_gmt":"2014-01-14T11:35:31","slug":"lok","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/2014\/01\/14\/lok\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00f6k"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Din j\u00e4vla l\u00f6k allts\u00e5! <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4 men till dagens lunch har jag skippat fettan (fetaosten) och tagit lite r\u00e5 l\u00f6k ist\u00e4llet, f\u00f6r jag varit sugen p\u00e5 det <\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f6rsta dagarna k\u00f6rde jag strikt p\u00e5 det kostschemat jag hade, men nu laborerar jag lite och f\u00e5r det till att bli mitt personliga och vad som passar mitt tycke och mina smaker och vad som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r min kropp<\/p>\n<p>(Vi \u00e4r ju alla v\u00e4ldigt olika) <\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge jag inte \u00e4ter socker och fortfarande g\u00e5r ner i vikt \u00e4r det ju bara sp\u00e4nnande att uppt\u00e4cka och g\u00f6ra lite annorlunda \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6k \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 himla bra! Det \u00e4r inflammationsd\u00e4mpande, st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret (bra i dessa vinter-tider, och n\u00e4r jag gaddar mig) den renar v\u00e5r kropp, h\u00e5ller blodsockret i schack, den inneh\u00e5ller krom (bra mot s\u00f6tsug) fibrer och C-vitamin och den \u00e4r oftast fett billig <\/p>\n<p>Heja l\u00f6ken! \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/files\/2014\/01\/20140114-123526.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jennypink\/files\/2014\/01\/20140114-123526.jpg\" alt=\"20140114-123526.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Din j\u00e4vla l\u00f6k allts\u00e5!
