H\u00e4r kan man antingen v\u00e4lja att bara l\u00e4gga in gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t i ugnen men jag brukar f\u00f6rst blanda pressad vitl\u00f6k,olivolja och gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len i en sk\u00e5l f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en godare smak. St\u00e4ll sedan in i ugnen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t tills de blir krispiga, h\u00e4ll sedan upp p\u00e5 en tallrik och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver havssalt.
