Satan vad ont jag har b\u00f6rjat f\u00e5 helt pl\u00f6tsligt \ud83d\ude41 Sedan cyklade jag 5 km och gick sen och stretchade.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r sjukt ledsen \u00f6ver att jag har f\u00e5tt problem med mina kn\u00e4n s\u00e5 som syrran haft s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e5r.
