Jag gjorde ett par mag\u00f6vningar vilket jag inte gjort p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Tr\u00e4nar som inte magen p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\nN\u00e5v\u00e4l, det blev sedan cykling dryga milen innan jag vandrade hem igen. Den milen tog kanske 3 minuter l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n vad det annars ska ta. N\u00e5ja.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nu \u00e4r jag p\u00e5v\u00e4g till jobbet och har precis \u00e4tit en GOD proteinfluff jag r\u00f6rde ihop innan jag \u00e5kte.
