Jag satte timern p\u00e5 40 minuter och under dessa minuter cyklade jag 13,5 km vilket k\u00e4ndes asbra! Jag kommer nog b\u00f6rja med detta igen ett par dagar i veckan (:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag ska ju nu \u00e4ven forts\u00e4tta mitt\u00a0 stretchande f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00e5 ner (helt) i spagat och det gick S\u00c5 bra. Pb i spagat blev det idag, haha, trots att det var s\u00e5 himla l\u00e4nge sedan jag stretchade. Jag pressade mig sj\u00e4lv att sitta l\u00e4ngre ner \u00e4n vad jag klarat av f\u00f6rut s\u00e5 jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 himlans n\u00f6jd \u00f6ver mig sj\u00e4lv. Jag riggade upp mobilkameran mot v\u00e4ggen och kn\u00e4ppte en bild.. AHMAGAD!
