Ni kanske tycker det \u00e4r APointressant att se det, men det struntar jag i. Till saken h\u00f6r \u00e4ven att det \u00e4r bra att verkligen <em>se\u00a0<\/em>maten man \u00e4ter eftersom man \u00e4ter med fler sinnen \u00e4n bara smaken- Synen, luktsinnet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jessicay\/files\/2014\/03\/wpid-2014-03-21-08-39-28_deco.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"2014-03-21-08-39-28_deco.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jessicay\/files\/2014\/03\/wpid-2014-03-21-08-39-28_deco.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Fiberhavregrynsgr\u00f6t med mandelmj\u00f6lk och l\u00e5gkalori jordgubbssylt (:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Detta \u00e4r bland annat en sk\u00f6n grej med att r\u00e4kna kalorier (<em>yes, yes I do indeed<\/em>) ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 diet som en PT satt upp. Det t\u00e4nkte jag ju g\u00f6ra tills jag s\u00e5g vad en v\u00e4n skulle \u00e4ta i 13 veckor och det var det! <strong>Nothing less and nothing more. <\/strong>(Vilket fungerar bra f\u00f6r henne! Men jag har inte pallat tror jag..) Visst \u00e4r det s\u00e4kerligen b\u00e4ttre beroende p\u00e5 vad man har f\u00f6r m\u00e5l osv, men i slut \u00e4ndan \u00e4r det \u00e4nd\u00e5 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">kalorier in och kalorier ut<\/span> som det landar vid om det \u00e4r en viktminskning det handlar om. Skillnaden med att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en s\u00e5n strikt diet och &#8221;bara&#8221; r\u00e4kna kalorier \u00e4r v\u00e4l i princip att jag v\u00e4ger och g\u00f6r ber\u00e4kningarna sj\u00e4lv och sedan \u00e4ter &#8221;vad jag vill&#8221; (<em>men precis som alla andra- kyckling, fisk, gr\u00f6nsaker, gr\u00f6t, blablabla. Och s\u00e5klart r\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngd protein\/fett\/kolhydrater<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Detta fungerar j\u00e4ttebra f\u00f6r mig och ja, resultat kan jag se! Det \u00e4r faktiskt riktigt sk\u00f6nt att best\u00e4mma sj\u00e4lv eftersom jag g\u00f6r s\u00e5 mycket research i \u00e4mnet s\u00e5 att jag inte g\u00f6r fel. Exempelvis visste jag inte hur m\u00e5nga gram protein per kg kroppsvikt man skulle \u00e4ta f\u00f6r att inte tappa muskelmassa n\u00e4r man ligger p\u00e5 ett kaloriunderskott- <em>Det tog jag reda p\u00e5, samt diverse annat viktigt! <\/em>Google is your friend, som jag brukar s\u00e4ga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Nu blir det lunch, samma som middagen ig\u00e5r, och sedan br\u00f6st och triccar p\u00e5 F&amp;S Ringen.
