Pasta, ris och potatis. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r det efterr\u00e4tt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag hoppa \u00f6ver den. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/04\/20120423-201721.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/04\/20120423-201721.jpg\" alt=\"20120423-201721.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Likadant med kaka till kaffet, i mitt fall teet. <\/p>\n<p>Eftersom jag blir riktigt d\u00e5lig av mj\u00f6lkprodukter avst\u00e5r jag helst fr\u00e5n dem. M\u00e5nga s\u00e5ser \u00e4r ju baserade p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk, gr\u00e4dde eller cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche s\u00e5 de avst\u00e5r jag fr\u00e5n av naturliga sk\u00e4l. <\/p>\n<p>Det som \u00e4r mest problematiskt med att vara bortbjuden och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00e5 ned eller h\u00e5lla en vikt jag precis g\u00e5tt ned till \u00e4r att jag k\u00e4nner mig otacksam. <\/p>\n<p>Om man blir bortbjuden n\u00e5n g\u00e5ng \u00e4r det ju helt lugnt att g\u00f6ra undantag, om man vill. <\/p>\n<p>Annars f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag h\u00e5lla mig till \u00e4tardagar och infaller inte de p\u00e5 den dagen jag \u00e4r bortbjuden d\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag st\u00e5 \u00f6ver det onyttiga. <\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r ju inte otacksamt om man tex. tar extra av salladen.
