Kokt, stekt, \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra osv.<br \/>\nJag dricker alltid mycket vatten och te.<br \/>\nSen s\u00e5 tycker jag att det \u00e4r gott med fruktsallad.<br \/>\nOm man har sv\u00e5rt att byta ut frukosten s\u00e5 kan man k\u00f6pa shakes.<br \/>\nJag har bara testat en variant med Hallon\/banan smak. Jag blandar den med mindre vatten \u00e4n det st\u00e5r att man skall ha och sen l\u00e4gger jag i f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r.
