Springa 1,5 Km p\u00e5 30 minuter.<br \/>\n\u2022 L\u00f6ptr\u00e4ning vecka 2. Springa 2,5 Km p\u00e5 30 minuter.<br \/>\n\u2022 L\u00f6ptr\u00e4ning vecka 3. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det helt ok att \u00e4ta precis vad jag vill. <\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4gning start och Slutdatum.
