Lite f\u00f6r lite. Tror det \u00e4r f\u00f6r att jag inte tr\u00e4nat s\u00e5 mycket de senaste 2 veckorna. Det kommer bli \u00e4ndring p\u00e5 det snart;) <\/p>\n<p>Kondition: Hmm i botten. 10 minuter springandes p\u00e5 bandet och jag d\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6r.<br \/>\nOm 1 m\u00e5nad skall jag klara 30 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ning denna vecka:<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ndag: L\u00f6pbandet<br \/>\nTisdag: Vilodag<br \/>\nOnsdag: Vilodag<br \/>\nTorsdag: L\u00f6pbandet<br \/>\nFredag: L\u00f6pbandet<br \/>\nL\u00f6rdag: L\u00f6pbandet<br \/>\nS\u00f6ndag: Thai Boxning<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r egentligen Thai Boxning p\u00e5 Tisdag men jag vet att jag inte kan vara d\u00e4r. Lika bra att vara realistisk och inte lova bort mig till n\u00e5got jag inte kan vara med p\u00e5. Likadant p\u00e5 Onsdag.<br \/>\nMen det \u00e4r ox\u00e5 viktigt att vila. <\/p>\n<p>Har inte best\u00e4mt \u00e4tardag men det lutar \u00e5t L\u00f6rdag f\u00f6r d\u00e5 skall jag p\u00e5 30-\u00e5rsfest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Startdag.
