Men jag vet ox\u00e5 att 1,5-2 km \u00e4r en \u00f6verkomlig str\u00e4cka f\u00f6r mig. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta vecka \u00e4r det 2 Km som g\u00e4ller.<br \/>\nJag skall allts\u00e5 springa p\u00e5 10an i hela 2 Km och g\u00e4rna lite snabbare n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng under str\u00e4ckan. <\/p>\n<p>Jag borde springa 2 Km p\u00e5 12 minuter f\u00f6r att klara 5 Km p\u00e5 30 minuter.<br \/>\nHmm f\u00e5r l\u00e4gga till l\u00e5tar p\u00e5 min L\u00e5tlista p\u00e5 Spotify. <\/p>\n<p>Jag v\u00e4ger fortfarande 56 Kg och vikten verkar ha stabiliserat sig d\u00e4r vilket k\u00e4nns sk\u00f6nt med kl\u00e4der osv. <\/p>\n<p>Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka leta i min hj\u00e4rna efter peppord jag kan plocka fram n\u00e4r jag inte orkar springa mer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag tycker att det har g\u00e5tt kanon.
