M\u00e5ste bero p\u00e5 alla fina tips. Hittade ox\u00e5 en vit prick i lagom h\u00f6jd p\u00e5 v\u00e4ggen framf\u00f6r. Det gjorde det enklare att andas. <\/p>\n<p>Vila 7 minuter. Gick inte p\u00e5 bandet mellan utan stretchade l\u00e5ren och vaderna.<br \/>\nLite nacke ocks\u00e5. Har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk efter klinchen ig\u00e5r. <\/p>\n<p>Omg\u00e5ng 2,<br \/>\n2,5 Km p\u00e5 14:46 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>Rackans!!! Svettas som aldrig f\u00f6rr och har lite kramp i h\u00f6ger l\u00e5r. Har jag riktig tur s\u00e5 \u00e4r det n\u00e5gon som ror bakom och d\u00e5 bl\u00e5ser det luft p\u00e5 mig n\u00e4r jag springer. <\/p>\n<p>Camilla som var med f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen d\u00f6k upp idag ox\u00e5.
