Det har h\u00e4nt s\u00e5 mycket sedan dess;)<\/p>\n<p>Det har h\u00e4nt mycket bara p\u00e5 dessa tv\u00e5 veckor som jag har sprungit. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag sprang s\u00e5 sprang jag 1,5 Km p\u00e5 9:14 minuter.<br \/>\nJag var faktiskt r\u00e4tt tr\u00f6tt f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen.<br \/>\nIg\u00e5r sprang jag 3 Km p\u00e5 16:22 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>Liten j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse:<br \/>\n1a g\u00e5ngen 1 km p\u00e5 6:09 minuter.<br \/>\nNu 1 Km p\u00e5 5:40.<br \/>\n29 Sekunder snabbare och mycket l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4cka. <\/p>\n<p>Jag blir galet mycket svettigare nu.<br \/>\nDet d\u00e4r med svett och tr\u00e4ning, det kan jag ingenting om.
