Lyckades att inte f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra speglarna i lokalen.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rra passet r\u00e5kade jag ramla in i spegeln.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 schysst med matta i lokalen. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00e5r verkligen jobba p\u00e5 mina slag. Har aldrig svettats s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 ett tr\u00e4ningspass innan. <\/p>\n<p>Im\u00e5n ska jag springa 4 Km f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen. K\u00e4nner mig b\u00e5de nerv\u00f6s och tr\u00f6tt. Tror iallafall att det kommer k\u00e4nnas annorlunda im\u00e5n n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l \u00e4r p\u00e5 bandet. <\/p>\n<p>Sist sprang jag 3 Km och det var \u00f6verkomligt. Men 4 Km \u00e4r mkt l\u00e4ngre:) <\/p>\n<p>Nog snackat.
