V\u00e4ldigt smart. Nu kommer jag inte bara gr\u00e4ma mig f\u00f6r att jag sprang som en sopa.<br \/>\nJag kommer ha ont i magen samtidigt! <\/p>\n<p>Hur ska jag ta det h\u00e4r d\u00e5?<br \/>\nDet har ju g\u00e5tt s\u00e5 bra hela tiden innan. K\u00e4nner f\u00f6r att sl\u00e5 n\u00e5gon h\u00e5rt i ansiktet \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n<p>Jag f\u00e5r helt enkelt g\u00f6ra om det im\u00e5n och g\u00f6ra det b\u00e4ttre.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rbereda mig b\u00e4ttre.<br \/>\nB\u00f6rja l\u00e5ngsammare.<br \/>\nK\u00e4ka mer.<br \/>\nDricka mer.<br \/>\nFullf\u00f6lja mitt m\u00e5l. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nde mig helt kn\u00e4ckt s\u00e5 jag fick \u00e5ka och st\u00e4lla mig p\u00e5 en parkering och fundera p\u00e5 vad som h\u00e4nde.<br \/>\n\u00c4r n\u00e4stan lite f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad.
