Varning f\u00f6r ras heter L\u00e5tlistan. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 typiskt mig att inte vara n\u00f6jd nu n\u00e4r jag klarade det bara f\u00f6r att jag trodde att jag skulle klara det ig\u00e5r. <\/p>\n<p>Skall springa en sv\u00e4ng ute i l\u00f6psp\u00e5ret nu. 3 Km rundan.
