Det kan k\u00e4nnas segt att stretcha efter ett tr\u00e4ningspass men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 v\u00e4rt det. Har ni sett en yogakropp? De \u00e4r s\u00e5 fina i kroppen.<br \/>\nJag stretchar alltid minst 10 minuter. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett bra tillf\u00e4lle att k\u00e4nna efter hur det k\u00e4nns i kroppen. Jag hoppas kunna b\u00f6rja med Yoga igen.
