S\u00e5 idag har jag mot min l\u00e4ngtan, tagit det lugnt och sprungit efter planen. Allts\u00e5 inte springa f\u00f6r fort.<br \/>\n1,5 Km p\u00e5 9 minuter.<br \/>\nHade faktiskt h\u00e5ll hela tiden. Trots att jag gick i 5 minuter innan som uppv\u00e4rmning. <\/p>\n<p>Men nu vet jag iallafall att jag kan springa l\u00e4ngre. <\/p>\n<p>Axeln h\u00e4nger med och g\u00f6r lite ont. Den k\u00e4nns lite vobblig och knackar.
