S\u00e5 idag klarade jag 20 min.<br \/>\nBrukar knappt klara 10 min.<br \/>\nJessica hon vet hur hon ska peppa! Tack!<br \/>\nSen blev det rodd 10 min och l\u00f6pbandet i 15 min.<br \/>\nN\u00f6jd med Fredagens prestation.<br \/>\nNu hem och g\u00f6ra extra situps s\u00e5 att m\u00e5ttbandet visar p\u00e5 resultat n\u00e4sta Fredag. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nkte p\u00e5 det idag att minst lika viktigt som att \u00e4ta och tr\u00e4na r\u00e4tt \u00e4r att ha n\u00e5gon som peppar just dig r\u00e4tt.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet som du vill bli peppad p\u00e5. Ibland n\u00e4r jag ser p\u00e5 ex. Biggest loser och de k\u00f6r armymentaliteten t\u00e4nker jag att om n\u00e5gon hade gjort s\u00e5 mot mig hade jag aldrig klarat att g\u00e5 ned mina kilo.<br \/>\nJag beh\u00f6ver cheering och positiva tankar.<br \/>\nViktigt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 iallafall att det skall passa just dig. N\u00e5gon annan kanske hade velat ha skrik \u00e5 fight.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry f\u00f6r sk\u00e4rpan.
