Seeegt!!!<br \/>\nTipsa tipsa tipsa tills n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng;) <\/p>\n<p>F\u00e5r planera min nya tv\u00e5 veckors tr\u00e4nings schema.<br \/>\nHar inte kommit p\u00e5 n\u00e5got passande namn men jag vet n\u00e5gra av \u00f6vningarna. <\/p>\n<p>Jag vill ha kvar konditionen, s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vill jag tr\u00e4na intervaller.<br \/>\nSedan vill jag bli starkare i armar, ben och mage.<br \/>\nSedan m\u00e5ste jag nog tyv\u00e4rr k\u00f6ra lite rehab med armen. Den \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r vobblig i axeln och det g\u00f6r ont. <\/p>\n<p>Har best\u00e4mt lite mer men f\u00e5r fila p\u00e5 hela paketet. \u00d6vningar mottages tacksamt.<br \/>\nB\u00e5de p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken, bandet och andra st\u00e4llen;) <\/p>\n<p>G\u00e4rna namnf\u00f6rslag ox\u00e5.
