Jag har ju sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e4nga med i f\u00f6r mycket koreografi. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra slag liknar dem i Thai Boxningen men de utf\u00f6rs med mindre styrka och snabbare tempo. <\/p>\n<p>Sparkarna skilde sig \u00e5t ox\u00e5. P\u00e5 Boxercise sparkade jag med foten som en kick. <\/p>\n<p>Passet var upplagt s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<br \/>\nUppv\u00e4rmning<br \/>\nSj\u00e4lva tr\u00e4ningen<br \/>\nStretching<\/p>\n<p>Ett roliga moment under tr\u00e4ningen var n\u00e4r halva gruppen stod p\u00e5 led och vi andra sprang runt dem och slog p\u00e5 mitsarna. <\/p>\n<p>Ett grymt bra pass f\u00f6r konditionen, inte minst i skrattmusklerna. <\/p>\n<p>Instrukt\u00f6ren Peter peppade och ber\u00e4ttade roliga anekdoter ur sitt liv. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/06\/20120626-222910.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/06\/20120626-222910.jpg\" alt=\"20120626-222910.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nBild p\u00e5 instrukt\u00f6ren Peter under stretchingen i slutet p\u00e5 passet. <\/p>\n<p>Det k\u00e4ndes som om 60 minuter gick fort och om jag kan kommer jag definitivt testa igen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I tisdags testade jag Boxercise f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen.
