Idag k\u00e4nns det mycket b\u00e4ttre. Det g\u00f6r ont n\u00e4r jag r\u00f6r den men helt ok. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/07\/20120702-094150.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/07\/20120702-094150.jpg\" alt=\"20120702-094150.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningen fram till min axel vobblade gick kanon. Tr\u00e4nade med en ny tjej som \u00e4r j\u00e4tteduktig och ungef\u00e4r samma l\u00e4ngd som mig. Men hon \u00e4r grymt mycket starkare. D\u00e4r ligger jag i l\u00e4;) <\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00f6vade bl.a.  blockningar, raka slag och krokar. I slutet s\u00e5 f\u00e4llde vi varandra. Har ju varit lite motvillig till att ramla sedan jag f\u00f6ll p\u00e5 axeln. Men ju mer jag sp\u00e4nner mig desto ondare g\u00f6r det att sl\u00e5 i mattan. <\/p>\n<p>Ska l\u00e4gga in mer rehab\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r axeln p\u00e5 Muay Thai Me.
