Tr\u00e4ningen f\u00e5r bli im\u00e5n. Sov 2,5 h p\u00e5 soffan ute efter jag kom hem fr\u00e5n Liseberg. Underbart att sova ute. Vaknade med tv\u00e5 bett i sidan fr\u00e5n oidentifierat djur. <\/p>\n<p>Axeln k\u00e4nns s\u00e5d\u00e4r efter tr\u00e4ningen ig\u00e5r. T\u00e4nkte att det \u00e4r bra om den f\u00e5r vila idag och s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag bara rehab med den im\u00e5n. Switchar allts\u00e5 dagens tr\u00e4ningspass med morgondagens vilodag och h\u00e5ller tummarna att det g\u00f6r susen f\u00f6r axeln. <\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6fterna har h\u00e4ngt med idag. K\u00e4nner mer i v\u00e4nster h\u00f6ften \u00e4n h\u00f6gern.
