Nu m\u00e5ste jag hitta motivation f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na. <\/p>\n<p>Vart den \u00e4r det vet jag inte;) <\/p>\n<p>Detta blir jag motiverad av: <\/p>\n<p>Min mage. En snabb blick p\u00e5 den f\u00e5r mig att komma ih\u00e5g varf\u00f6r jag vill tr\u00e4na. <\/p>\n<p>Hemma fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen. 1,5 h p\u00e5 gymmet. Nu \u00e4r jag s\u00e5d\u00e4r sk\u00f6nt tr\u00f6tt som jag ville bli. <\/p>\n<p>Dagens Muay Thai Me:<\/p>\n<p>Uppv\u00e4rmning<\/p>\n<p>2&#215;3 min Hopprep<br \/>\n2x 30  situps<br \/>\n2&#215;15 Kinesiv\u00e4ggen Rehabtr\u00e4ning axlar<br \/>\n2x4x15 Rehabtr\u00e4ning med hantlar<br \/>\n2&#215;11 minuter p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken<br \/>\n3&#215;15 benb\u00f6j<br \/>\n\u00d6var p\u00e5 pallen. <\/p>\n<p>Stretching <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6vade n\u00e4stan bara h\u00f6gerspark p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken. Det verkar som att \u00f6vningarna jag g\u00f6r p\u00e5 pallen g\u00f6r verkan.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 ett kontrollerat avslut p\u00e5 sparken.
