Ingenting av det jag tr\u00e4nat p\u00e5 under veckan satt. Men det gjorde ingenting. Antar jag kommer f\u00e5 \u00f6va p\u00e5 lowkick under veckan som kommer. <\/p>\n<p>Fick jordens h\u00e4stspark p\u00e5 v\u00e4nsterl\u00e5ret och en saftig h\u00f6ger i magen s\u00e5 jag tappade andan. Men det gjorde ingenting. Jag bara: Rocksteady;)<\/p>\n<p>Vi sprang p\u00e5 uppv\u00e4rmningen och det gick superduper. Har ju \u00f6vat p\u00e5 att orka. Det var ju d\u00e4rf\u00f6r jag k\u00f6rde MiniShape Up. <\/p>\n<p>Klarade l\u00e4tt 55 st situps med mitsdunk. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde 2&#215;50 till n\u00e4r jag kom hem.
