Glad att jag m\u00e4rker att det blir l\u00e4ttare att g\u00f6ra dem.<br \/>\nSprang lite i tr\u00e4ningslokalen och k\u00f6rde rehab\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r axeln utan vikter.<br \/>\nHar ju haft ont i den.<br \/>\nHoppade rep i 6 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde ett kort sparringspass och \u00f6var p\u00e5 mina sparkar. F\u00e5r fortfarande inte med h\u00f6ften. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde ox\u00e5 lite skuggbixning. Det tycker jag \u00e4r superkul. V\u00e4ldigt bra framf\u00f6r spegeln. Skall f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka skuggboxas hemma. <\/p>\n<p>Skall \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga till benb\u00f6j. Jag klarar inte ens att g\u00f6ra en med hela foten i marken. Antar att det \u00e4r lite teknik bakom det och att mina vader \u00e4r f\u00f6r stela. Mitt m\u00e5l blir att klara 50 st. S\u00e5 fr\u00e5n 0 till 50. Har inte best\u00e4mt hur l\u00e5ng tid jag skall f\u00e5 p\u00e5 mig. <\/p>\n<p>Ett ganska lugnt pass och jag skall forts\u00e4tta att n\u00f6ta in teknik, f\u00e5 upp styrkan, konditionen och sedan snabbhet. <\/p>\n<p>Kul att ha n\u00e5got att se fram emot;) <\/p>\n<p>Godnatt alla och sov gott!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uppv\u00e4rmning med mina extra situps.
