I Onsdags v\u00e4gde jag 59 Kg och idag v\u00e4gde jag 58 Kg. <\/p>\n<p>Allts\u00e5 rej\u00e4la m\u00e5ltider, mycket frukt &amp; gr\u00f6nsaker och vatten. Mycket k\u00f6tt.<br \/>\nHar ingen speciell m\u00e5lvikt utan vill vara Fit for fight:) G\u00e4rna s\u00e5 att det syns att jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nad. Stark rygg och mage.
