Sedan sparring p\u00e5 gr\u00e4smattan. Surt att hon \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket skickligare \u00e4n mig. Ox\u00e5 bra att ha n\u00e5gon att l\u00e4ra mig av.<br \/>\nSer fram emot S\u00f6ndagens pass som \u00e4r p\u00e5 min och syrrans f\u00f6delsedag. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan drog vi ut och sprang i v\u00e4rmen. Svettades som en \u00f6rn! <\/p>\n<p>Annars har det varit stranden p\u00e5 morgonen och hemma p\u00e5 eftermiddagen. <\/p>\n<p>Har gjort en k\u00f6ttgryta, Thaigryta och en rabarberpaj. <\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r jag helt slut och ska l\u00e4gga mig och sova s\u00e5 fort jag satt punkt.<br \/>\nZzzzz<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En v\u00e4ldigt bra f\u00f6rsta tr\u00e4ning efter semestern.
