K\u00e4nns att det var ett tag sedan.<br \/>\nStr\u00e4ckan var egentligen l\u00e4ngre men jag stannade och snackade, stretchade osv. <\/p>\n<p>Kommer mina ben ens b\u00e4ra mig im\u00e5n?<br \/>\nHur l\u00e5ngt skall vi springa? <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/08\/20120803-211720.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/08\/20120803-211720.jpg\" alt=\"20120803-211720.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det blev en mix av MTM2 hemma.<br \/>\nSpringa och 100 st situps. <\/p>\n<p>Stretching. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/08\/20120803-211629.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/08\/20120803-211629.jpg\" alt=\"20120803-211629.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bel\u00f6ning<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 nerv\u00f6s inf\u00f6r im\u00e5n. Vet ju inte riktigt vad som kommer h\u00e4nda eller om jag ens kommer orka n\u00e5gonting efter vi har sprungit. Jag vet att jag kan springa 5 Km p\u00e5 30 minuter men det gjorde jag n\u00e4r jag sprang och \u00f6vade nu har jag inte alls \u00f6vat. Jag har myst mig igenom en helt fantastisk sommar. <\/p>\n<p>Jag beh\u00f6ver ju inte vara nerv\u00f6s egentligen. Jag har ju verkligen varit s\u00e4mst \u00e4nda sedan jag b\u00f6rjade. Men jag vill inte vara s\u00e4mst j\u00e4mt.
