Sista delen med tr\u00e4naren. Jag l\u00e5g mest p\u00e5 mattan och undrade hyr jag hamnade d\u00e4r. Nu \u00e4r ju iallafall mattan ren. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig helt bra igen nu. Det k\u00e4nns alltid b\u00e4ttre efter att jag f\u00e5tt tr\u00e4na. <\/p>\n<p>Clinchen som jag fasade f\u00f6r var en l\u00e4tt match, f\u00f6r tr\u00e4naren haha jag var ju praktiskt taget nere och bad om att bli kn\u00e4ad i fejjan. <\/p>\n<p>Beh\u00f6ver \u00f6va nacke och biceps. Jag har ju s\u00e5 mycket att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 att jag inte riktigt vet vart jag skall b\u00f6rja. <\/p>\n<p>Vad har jag mest nytta av? <\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt s\u00e5 under den f\u00f6rsta delen av passet lyssnade jag men fattade \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte.<br \/>\nTex: jag f\u00e5r en rak h\u00f6ger, jag puttar undan den med v\u00e4nster, b\u00f6jer benen och sl\u00e5r en h\u00f6ger i magen.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 m\u00e5ste det ha varit. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta vecka skall jag vara mer noggrann med s\u00f6mnen.<br \/>\nPlanera m\u00e5ltiderna.<br \/>\nT\u00e4nka mer positivt.<br \/>\nL\u00e4ra mig g\u00e5 p\u00e5 h\u00e4nder;) <\/p>\n<p>Nu blir det duschen och sedan sova. <\/p>\n<p>Veckans schema kommer im\u00e5n. <\/p>\n<p>Godnatt och tack f\u00f6r idag.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag k\u00f6rde jag halva passet med olika personer.
