Jag \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 d\u00e5lig p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r skippen. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan b\u00f6rjar det om igen i 30 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>Som vanligt \u00e4r det uppv\u00e4rmning innan och stretching efter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e5ller tummarna att syrran vill tr\u00e4na med mig ikv\u00e4ll.
