F\u00f6rsta passet var genomg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 sparkar. H\u00f6ger, v\u00e4nster och pusch.<br \/>\nNoggrann genomg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 de olika momenten som sparkarna best\u00e5r av. <\/p>\n<p>Andra passet var till en b\u00f6rjan sparkar och sedan boxning. I slutet k\u00f6rde vi sparring.<br \/>\nDet b\u00e4sta med andra passet var att vi gick igenom tv\u00e5 olika sorters finter. Det beh\u00f6ver jag verkligen l\u00e4ra mig. <\/p>\n<p>Gjorde n\u00e5gra armh\u00e4vningar p\u00e5 kn\u00e4 och det k\u00e4nns inte helt fel i axeln. <\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e5 helt grymma pass och jag var helt slut n\u00e4r jag kom hem. Syrran var inte helt slut haha hon hade beh\u00f6vt k\u00f6ra med n\u00e5gon annan \u00e4n mig.<br \/>\nDet f\u00e5r hon ju lov till nu n\u00e4r jag skall till Spanien i en vecka. <\/p>\n<p>Av erfarenhet s\u00e5 vet jag att Wifi inte \u00e4r p\u00e5 topp s\u00e5 det blir inte j\u00e4ttemycket uppdateringar. <\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r iallafall mitt semesterschema. <\/p>\n<p>3 x 50 Situps<br \/>\n2 x 5 min Hopprep<br \/>\n2 x 20 Benb\u00f6j<br \/>\n2 x 20 Utfall<br \/>\n10 st Armh\u00e4vningar om axeln k\u00e4nns bra.<br \/>\n2 x 5 min Skuggboxning.<br \/>\nStretching. <\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjar bli nerv\u00f6s att jag helt kommer att loosa den kondition jag k\u00e4mpat f\u00f6r. Snart \u00e4r det ju den 7e ox\u00e5.
