Sist uppercut och stolen. Allt detta x 2. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan h\u00e4lsade vi och stretchade. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde med betongklumpen 30 + 20. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r passet var slut s\u00e5 passade jag p\u00e5 att springa p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet.<br \/>\n50 meter jogging 50 meter s\u00e5 fort jag kan x 4 sedan fick jag skynda mig hem och steka rosa havrepankakor. <\/p>\n<p>Dagens middag 1: K\u00f6tt med hasselbackspotatis, kantarells\u00e5s och gr\u00f6nsaker.<br \/>\nKan inte fatta vilken housewife jag blivit.<br \/>\nFr\u00e5n te \u00e5 macka till baka och greja:) <\/p>\n<p>Dagens middag 2: Hoppas p\u00e5 italienskt med Ren\u00e9e ikv\u00e4ll.
