Beh\u00f6ver sparka p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken lite f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 in flytet. <\/p>\n<p>Avslutade med fys. Dvs stationer med kettlebells och armh\u00e4vningar p\u00e5 b\u00e4nk osv. Det var h\u00e4r jag drog en kettlebell i pannan. Kommer se rolig ut im\u00e5n eftersom jag fick en mits ovanf\u00f6r \u00f6gat ig\u00e5r. <\/p>\n<p>Hela passet k\u00e4ndes bra.
