Hade tex. gl\u00f6mt att jag inte kunde tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 L\u00f6rdagen d\u00e5 Mannen \u00e4r p\u00e5 golf. Fast det blev ju en mysig lunch med Charlotte ist\u00e4llet. <\/p>\n<p>Jag m\u00e5ste prioritera tr\u00e4ningen och sovtiderna.<br \/>\nD\u00e5 menar jag inte att jag skall vara mindre med kidzen, de sover oftast n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r iv\u00e4g. Utan att mitt Tv-tittande\/slappande f\u00e5r mindre tid:) <\/p>\n<p>Men p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva prestationerna s\u00e5 blir betyget f\u00f6ljande: <\/p>\n<p>Intervaller bandet och cykeln VG<br \/>\nTycker det \u00e4r riktigt roligt. S\u00e4kert f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r framf\u00f6r TVn:) <\/p>\n<p>Thai G<br \/>\nVissa saker har vart bra andra s\u00f6g. <\/p>\n<p>Spinning G-<br \/>\nSka k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 lite mer p\u00e5 Torsdag. <\/p>\n<p>Haha som om jag gick i skolan&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ligger p\u00e5 stadiga 59 Kg och \u00e4ter som vanligt.
