Haha det l\u00e5ter ju hur knasigt som helst. Men enligt planen s\u00e5 vill jag ju g\u00f6ra r\u00e4tt f\u00f6rst sedan snabbt och sist h\u00e5rt:)<br \/>\nLite kvar att jobba p\u00e5! <\/p>\n<p>Vi gick ihop i par och f\u00f6rsta var mitsh\u00e5llaren best\u00e4mmer boxning: Jabb, cross, 123 osv. <\/p>\n<p>Andra omg\u00e5ngen blev Jabb och lowkick. Ajaj mitt l\u00e5r. Ser inte s\u00e5 farligt ut men det \u00e4r typ tv\u00e5 rej\u00e4la kakor. <\/p>\n<p>Tredje blev h\u00f6ger uppercut, v\u00e4nster krok och avslutade med h\u00f6ger lowkick. <\/p>\n<p>Samma avslutning idag som ig\u00e5r. J\u00e4kligt kul! <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig glad att jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5 trots den d\u00e4r axeln och t\u00e5n. Antar det alltid kommer att va n\u00e5got. <\/p>\n<p>Im\u00e5n skall jag till kiropraktorn och det krockar med min Spinning. Allts\u00e5 ingen Spinning im\u00e5n.
