Tr\u00e4ffade henne p\u00e5 seminariet Madeleine Vall och hennes Benny hade f\u00f6r oss. T\u00e4nkte passa p\u00e5 att l\u00e4mna sm\u00e5 bebiskl\u00e4nningar till en annan Madeleine efter. <\/p>\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver det vanliga schemat har jag lagt in extra \u00f6vningar d\u00e5 jag beh\u00f6ver bli starkare. Varierar bredden mellan f\u00f6tterna.<br \/>\nArmh\u00e4vningar ox\u00e5 10 varje g\u00e5ng. S\u00e5 svag i armarna speciellt v\u00e4nstern.
