K\u00e4ndes ig\u00e5r p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen att jag inte var tr\u00f6tt i kroppen. <\/p>\n<p>Var p\u00e5 gymmet lite tidigare.<br \/>\nV\u00e4rmde upp ljumskarna och k\u00f6rde sedan lite sj\u00e4lv innan tr\u00e4ningen b\u00f6rjade. <\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r sal \u00e4r rektangul\u00e4r och s\u00e4cken h\u00e4nger p\u00e5 ena kortsidan. <\/p>\n<p>Jag springer fram till s\u00e4cken fr\u00e5n andra kortsidan. Sl\u00e5r 20 raka slag p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken och springer tillbaka och vilar i stolen i 10 sekunder. <\/p>\n<p>Vila i stolen betyder inte att jag vilar i en riktig stol utan att jag s\u00e4tter mig med ryggen mot v\u00e4gen s\u00e5 att min kropp f\u00e5r formen av en stol. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r detta x 10. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan vila. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r om det igen men l\u00e4gger till tv\u00e5 sparkar efter slagen. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r detta x 3. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan vila. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r om det igen x 3. <\/p>\n<p>Efter det b\u00f6rjar det droppa in fler som skall vara med. <\/p>\n<p>Springer som uppv\u00e4rmning. Har verkligen inga problem med att springa p\u00e5 t\u00e5rna l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\nHoppa bock och sparkar p\u00e5 mittsar.<br \/>\nEtt pass som hade fokus p\u00e5 sparkar. S\u00e5 roligt! <\/p>\n<p>Avslutade med lowkick p\u00e5 den stora mitsen. <\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r hungrig som en varg nu och skall k\u00e4ka Fincrisp Sesam med mj\u00f6lkfritt sm\u00f6r och r\u00f6kt skinka. <\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det inget Thaipass innan L\u00f6rdag s\u00e5 gymmet st\u00e5r p\u00e5 schemat. <\/p>\n<p>Sov gott!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lite sprallig idag.
