Antar det \u00e4r som att l\u00e4ra sig ha sex fr\u00e5n en p-rulle. Dvs. inte helt genomt\u00e4nkt. <\/p>\n<p>Detta vet jag:<br \/>\nJag m\u00e5ste mata musklerna med det som de gillar. Precis som med h\u00e4star ehh jag menar frukter. <\/p>\n<p>Jag m\u00e5ste lyfta skrot. <\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r p\u00e5 skrotlyftningsdelen jag brister. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 jag g\u00e5r tillbaka till varf\u00f6r jag vill bygga muskler:<\/p>\n<p>Jag vill bli mer explosiv.<br \/>\nJag vill kunna h\u00e5lla uppe garden l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\nJag vill kunna ta n\u00e5gra slag ex i magen utan att tappa andan. <\/p>\n<p>Hitills har jag k\u00f6rt m\u00e5nga repetitioner med &#8221;lagom&#8221; vikt.<br \/>\nMed v\u00e4nstern \u00e4r det ot\u00e4nkbart att k\u00f6ra ngt annat pga axeln. <\/p>\n<p>De andra nere i Mordor (biffiga grabbar som br\u00f6lar n\u00e4r de lyfter) k\u00f6r ju precis tv\u00e4rt om: mkt vikter och bara ett f\u00e5tal repetitioner. De ser ut som Arnold i sin glans dagar. <\/p>\n<p>Om jag ser p\u00e5 mina \u00f6nskem\u00e5l f\u00f6r hur jag vill anv\u00e4nda musklerna s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag nog b\u00f6rja k\u00f6ra en kombo. <\/p>\n<p>Jag skulle kunna g\u00f6ra mina \u00f6vningar med m\u00e5nga repetitioner och sedan testa att lyfta ngt riktigt tungt? <\/p>\n<p>Vad tror ni?
