Viktigt om man inte \u00e4ter mj\u00f6lkprodukter. <\/p>\n<p>Ledigt i tv\u00e5 dagar k\u00e4nns i kroppen. Fast det har bara g\u00e5tt en hel dag s\u00e5 det \u00e4r mest mentalt. Im\u00e5n morgon \u00e4r det sjukgymnastik f\u00f6r axeln.
